interesting week....

its been on odd week for sure.
so transfer calls were on Monday so that cause a crazy week.
Tuesday we had to check out the sisters new apartment to make sure it was good and it was really nice. the zone leaders did a good job. everyone cancelled on us so we tried some people.
Wednesday we picked up seeg for the day. so we did some service for the other sisters and decorated their apartment and it was lots of fun.we saw Jennifer and it was a really good lesson she is just so prepared for the gospel its great!
Thursday we had sister weeks and weekly planned so that was fun. funny moment though a motorcycle backfired and sister brough  thought it was a gun so she ran and we started laughing so hard. it was great. we then had transfers so the new sisters got in and we helped the move so that was fun.
Friday we moved a family and that was fun. then we had district meeting and that was really good.we had dinner with our nishop and it was really good. we also worked on our firesdie that day and it should be bomb!
Saturday was fun haha the sisters got locked out so we let them in haha. we went to a baptism that night and it was really good though.
Sunday we had ward council and after we were asked to stay in and our bishopric told us they are going to do better and it was awesome. they are great leadership! then i spoke it went well everyone seemed to like it.we had dinner with a family and it was really good learned a lot about them. we had a fun day tried some people but no one answered its all good though.
love you all have a great week!

another week gone by...

well im not really sure what happened this week its all a blur but ill give some highlights.
Wednesday we had an awesome lesson with a sister who is less active but it was awesome we talked about the plan of salvation. it was awesome i just love the plan of salvation. that night we had a lesson with our investigator but we took a Spanish speaker for her boyfriend and they had an awesome lesson. she got sick so had to leave so we sat there with this member taught the restoration and committed him to a chapter to read oh my word it was awesome. we watched as this man gained a new light you could tell he was interested and it was making sense! oh my word it was so cool!
Saturday we did service which was fun. deep cleaning a smokers old home. always fun to do. definitely makes one never want to smoke haha.
Sunday was good while we were at church i was thinking about how much we tracted this week. we tracted about 4 hours and got 2 potentials. which is awesome but i was thinking about how long it would take to find someone who is solid to teach according to the average they have come out with. if we got 2 potentials every week and everyone became an investigator then it would take about 15 weeks to find someone who is prepared for baptism but if the member finds them and the investigator is taught in there home 2 out of 3 will get baptized instead of 1 out of every 30 we find... so let me tell you members are the finders we are supposed to be teachers also we knocked 106 doors this week
love you all have a great week!

a whole new day!

well some exciting things happened this week.
Monday night was awesome we had dinner with the smiths and they are amazing! then we went to Jennifer's and did a Plan of salvation activity with her and her daughter haliee. it was so good they learned a lot then we taught haliee a song and she was singing it when we left it was so cute! they are super golden and i just love them so much!
Tuesday we had lunch with President and Sister Hess. let me tell you i love them so much! they care about us and it was awesome. kinda scared when they called that morning cause last time i got a call from them i got emergency transferred but it was just lunch so it all worked out haha. they just care about the missionaries so much they are like our parents in the field its great! President is funny he was talking about missionaries who have gotten married or will get married that were in leadership and he was saying he needs to look with different eyes to know whats going on haha. it was pretty entertaining but he also wants credit for being a YSA bishop. gotta love Pres. later we saw people tried some others but went inside so we wouldn't get stuck in the snow since it took like ten minutes to leave the mall area from lunch... 2 wheel drive and snow not a good match mainly if there are hills.
Wednesday we had and awesome missionary broadcast. and they changed some things up. we have fewer key indicators if you would like more explanation contact missionaries in your area haha kinda hard top explain. they also changed our schedule though we have a lot more time to get ready in the morning which is really nice for sisters plus we have a lot more agency on what we do and when and we get to come home and go straight to bed i love it so much!!!!!!!!!!!! so glad they changed it. but that day we meet with the elders to make a plan for the ward. we made an awesome ward mission plan and that night we meet with the bishopric and they loved it all plus we set a date for a fireside to help the ward and its gonna be so good.! i really realized how much member missionary work has played in my life this week its great!
Thursday was planning nothing too exciting
Friday we had district meeting which was fun and planned some more stuff.then we had dinner with a family kinda awkward but thats okay then we saw the Taylor and they are awesome. he is seeming more like himself its awesome. they are coming to church a lot too oh i love seeing people progress.
Saturday we started tracting with this survey and its awesome people are more willing to talk to us and we got some potentials out of it.
Sunday was church and it was good sister Brough talked and it was really good. then we tracted some more and tried people and then had dinner with the hedlunds who are just the best! then we tried some more people but set up some appointments.
overall a really good week. I just love being a missionary its the best thing! also its like 50 degrees today so we going hiking hopefully wohoo love warm weather!
we sucked at pictures this week sorry
us and the elders after a day of planning plus they are mile broke so we were nice and let them have a ride

what an awesome week!

well it was an awesome week let me tell you. probably one of the best weeks i have had!
Tuesday we had a Nerf war let me tell you it was awesome. My team killed it obviously haha. someone may have gotten shot in the eye but she is okay now haha. they can be violent apparently so be careful.then we went to a non members home for dinner and it was really good.we tried a ton of people too.
Wednesday let me tell you being in a military wards sometime suck. people get deployed so we are hearing about that right now. so we saw a less active sister and she was at church the Sunday before so that was awesome but she will be going on vacation soon. then we saw another less active we haven't seen forever and she is doing okay not too much going on there. we had dinner with the worthingtons. love them they are pretty awesome! both returned missionaries so it fun hearing about their mission. then we saw our investigator and it was good we did a lesson for her daughter and it was good she loved it.
Thursday was weekly planning day so that was fun. then we meet with the elders to do progress record and that was fun as well. never know what one of them will say.
Friday was district meeting and it was really good as usual.we tracted and gave away some pamphlets. its always grand tracting. we had dinner with an awesome family that i just love. then we saw our investigator and we taught the plan of salvation. let me tell you the best plan of salvation lesson i have probably ever taught. we loved it and the spirit was so strong holy cow. i love teaching the gospel just so you know!
Saturday was a day of trying people.we got a new investigator though and she is so prepared for baptism!  we had ward correlation and it was super good. then we had dinner with a less active couple and we went to a Japanese steakhouse. let me tell you it was so good and they entertain you while you eat so pretty fun. then we went to a baptism for some other missionaries. it was a lot of fun.
Sunday we had ward council and it was really good. then church was awesome. we had some investigators come and its just awesome seeing people come unto Christ. being a missionary is the best can it be my career?? oh wait thats what you promise at baptism you just get paid differently. after church we tried a ton of people but got another new investigator and she is ready for the gospel too. i love seeing how if you are truely dedicated the lord will guide you to where you need to be!i just love the gospel.
i hope you all have a great week.
love you!
